Order processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Where a public holiday falls within that window, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery timelines

Within India: usually 3 to 7 days from dispatch. International: delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost — nothing further is due on delivery within India.

Items out of stock

If an item in your order turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you, cancel and refund that item, and dispatch the rest of your order.

International customs and duties

For orders shipped outside India, your local government may apply customs duties or import taxes. These are set by the destination country, are payable by you, and are not included in the shipping fee shown at checkout.
